| We will replace defective items within the first 30 days of purchase by exchanging the defective item for an exact replacement. If we are unable to exchange with the same item then a refund will be given. Shipping is non-refundable. Items that have been modified from their original state will not be replaced under warranty.

Items returned without an RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to the sender. We accept items for refund within 30 days of purchase (Excluding: Coax/Cable Toners, Coax Tools, Special Order Items, Manufacturer Drop Ship Items, Satellite Meters, and Two-Way Radio Programming Cables and Accessories). We are unable to offer exchanges for different products. The buyer will be responsible for paying for return shipping. There will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Shipping is non-refundable. Item must be returned in the original sealed or unopened package in re-saleable condition.
