| Most items have full manufacturer’s warranties in place. We will replace defective merchandise within the first 30 days by exchanging the defective item for an exact replacement. If we are unable to exchange with the same item then a refund will be given. We only accept returns for defective items. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. Buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs to return the defective item to us. Authorization for return must be given before returning any items. Items returned without an RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to the sender. We are unable to reship packages that have been returned as undeliverable. Payment processing fees and shipping and handling costs for the transaction will be deducted from any refund given. |
